If you are anything like we are, once we place an order for something, we can't wait until it arrives!  The excitement is real!  We completely understand that you are most likely feeling this exact same way. You placed an order for your new hardware and you want it to hurry up and get to you.

Most orders for standard, non-custom-made items can ship out within 24 to 48 hours - excluding holidays and weekends.  The manufacturing time and shipping schedule for custom-made items varies by manufacturer and will be determined when your order is placed.  Once your items have shipped, you will receive an email updating your order with the tracking information.

Tracking information is usually sent to us within 1 business day of shipping.  However, sometimes the tracking information can unfortunately take 3 to 4 business days before it becomes available to us.  We will usually email the tracking information within hours of receiving it from the shippers, so please be patient. 

Occasionally, there are times when items are out of stock with either the manufacturer or the warehouse.  We will do our very best to let you know when situations like these arise.

-       If an item is out of stock at the warehouse, the typical time for a re-supply order to come in is about 10 to 14 business days.  Once the item is back in stock at the warehouse, it will be shipped out within 24 hours, and again, we will email you the tracking information just as soon as we have it.

-       If your item is out of stock with the manufacturer, we will send you an email letting you know what the expected timeframe is on that delay.  If the items are out of stock with the manufacturer, chances are good that this delay is impacting all retailers and not just us.  Once your item is back in stock and has been shipped, we will email you the tracking information.
